The governing philosophy of the House is nutritional wholism—the understanding that the human body functions as an integrated whole and that lasting vitality arises from the harmony of nutrition, movement, rest, purpose, and meaningful human connection.

The House shall uphold a culture distinguished by integrity, dignity, discretion, hospitality, intellectual curiosity, and mutual respect.
